摘要
在常温结合0.03mmPE膜包装条件下,研究了自由基清除剂对青花菜采后衰老的影响。结果表明,40mg/kg6-BA处理,可明显延缓组织MDA含量和电导率的上升,激活CAT,SOD活性,保持较低的POD活性,抑制膜脂过氧化作用和叶绿素的分解。2g/kg苯甲酸钠能有效延缓青花菜衰老。6-BA与苯甲酸钠结合使用具有增效作用,可进一步延缓衰老过程。200mg/kg抗坏血酸处理,加速青花菜的衰老过程。
Packaged broccoli(Brassica oleracea var.italica P.) was stored at ambient temperature to study the influence of radical scavengers on its post-harvest aging.6-BA at 40 mg/kg markedly delayed the increase in MDA content and electric conductivity of the tissue, promoted CAT and SOD activity,kept POD activity at a relatively low level and inhibited the decomposition of chlorophyll and the peroxidation of cell membranes.SBN at 2 g/kg effectively delayed the senescence of broccoli florets.The combination of 6-BA and SBN showed a synergistic effect.Ascorbic acid (AsA) at 200 mg/kg accelerated the senescence of broccoli.
