农业科研单位创建财务中心，在单位内部形成强有力的社会化资金与会计服务体系，促使单位内部建立新的财会管理模式，以加强单位整体的凝聚力与经济实力。
To establish a financial centre in agricultural research inshtutions and thus form a powerful socialized fund and accounting service system within them can promote the estabishment of a new financial management system and enhance the cohesive force and economic strength of the institutions.
