摘要
锤头是单辊破碎机的一个关键部件,它的强度和使用寿命对整机的安全可靠运行具有十分重要的作用。针对目前单辊破碎机质量大、拆装不方便以及寿命短的问题,首先,利用ANSYS有限元优化分析功能对其结构进行了应力分析和初步优化,结果表明通过优化整机质量得到减小,然后,基于疲劳损伤累积模型,利用ANSYS的Fatigue模块对锤头进行了疲劳预测分析。
The hammer is a key part.The service life and intensity of hammer plays an important role in the single-roll crusher running with high safety and reliability.First aimed at the problem of great quality,inconvenient disassembly and short service life,ANSYS is used to analysis the hammer′ static intensity and optimize its shape.It was proved that the quality of whole was reduced after optimization.Then based on the accumulative fatigue damage modal,the fatigue module is used to predict the fatigue life of the hammer in this paper.
