摘要 胀缩式卷筒是双卷筒卷取机的关键零部件,在卷取过程中要承受较大的径向压力,设计中通常会对其关键部件进行强度和刚度的校核。根据生产要求的不同,设计时选取的卷筒直径、长度等参数也会不同,每一个参数的改变,都需要重新进行强度和刚度的校核,过程非常繁琐。采用C++和PCL编程语言,并结合Inventor三维设计软件和MSC.Patran有限元软件,实现了一种快速校核强度和刚度的方法,简化了校核分析流程,缩短了设计周期,本文称之为参数化有限元分析。 The expansive reel is recognized as a key part of dual-reel coiler.Such reel will bear pretty large radial thrust during coiling process.Serious check shall be done on the key parts' strength and rigidity in engineering design.Furthermore,production requirements demand different reel diameters and lengths and other parameters.Variation of each certain parameter will need re-check of reel's strength and rigidity,which is a complex work.In response to that fact,the present thesis puts forward the Parametric Finite Element Analysis(P-FEA),which applies C++ and PCL and combines with 3D design software Inventor and FEA software MSC.Patran to realize a quick and efficient checking of reel strength and rigidity.It aims for simplifying check and analysis process and shortening design cycle for steel industrial coiler.
