对步进梁鞍座中钢卷正位问题的分析

Analysis of Coils′Right Position on the Saddle of Walking Beam

步进梁传送钢卷需经过鞍座这一环节,钢卷在鞍座中可能会出现位置不正的情况(位置不正指的是钢卷轴线不在鞍座V形面的铅垂对称面上)。由于在钢卷到达鞍座之前其他正位措施的存在,当钢卷到达鞍座时,只会出现钢卷轴线与鞍座铅垂对称面的夹角很小的情况,因此通过合理设计鞍座V形面与水平面的夹角,就能够使钢卷依靠自身重力滑移到达正位位置。

When steel coil is transported on the walking beam,it relies on the saddles of walking beam.Under some circumstances the coil is not in the right position of saddle,the right position means the axis of coil is in the vertical symmetry plane of V-shaped plane of saddle.This problem can be solved by rational design of saddles and this article will try to illustrate the principle of design.
