摘要
发展战略性新兴产业是提高我国产业核心竞争力的关键措施,是国家创新体系建设的主题,是经济增长方式转变的期望所在。战略性新兴产业创新风险大、技术门槛高以及创新具有系统性和公共物品性等特征。战略性新兴产业创新扶持及其支撑体系构建显得尤为必要和迫切。
Promoting the development of strategic and emerging industries is the key measure to improve the industry＇s core competitiveness, is the subject of national innovation system, is the expectations of changing the economic growth pattern. strategic and emerging industries has some characteristics, such as big innovation risk, high technical threshold, and so on. At the present, constructing a innovation support system and support system of strategic and emerging industries is particularly necessary and urgent.
