摘要
新中国成立以来,我国出版政策体系大致经历了四个时期:计划经济的出版政策体系、计划经济过渡到市场经济的出版政策体系、逐步建立市场经济的出版政策体系、完善市场经济的出版政策体系。这些政策体系的形成有着宏观环境的影响,具有鲜明的时代特色,同时对出版业的发展产生了巨大影响。
Since the founding of New China, China's publishing policy system has gone through four periods: the planned economy system period, the planned economy to a market economy period, gradually establishing a market economy period, and sound market economy period. The formation of these systems has a macro-policy environment, with a distinctive character, and which made a tremendous impact on the development of the publishing industry.
