摘要
通过查阅国内外关于400m训练的文献资料,结合自我对400m训练的理解确定提高400m速度耐力能力训练的关键段,以速度耐力储备、速度耐力训练关键段乳酸堆积量、速度耐力训练关键段运动持续时间对机体恢复、速度耐力训练关键段与400m节奏训练的转化关系等几方面论证400m速度耐力训练关键段的理论依据,并指出速度耐力训练关键段训练实施和与其它距离段的训练协调。
According to the domestic and foreign literature on the 400m training and combined with training in self-understanding on the 400m,400m speed endurance improve the ability to determine the key section of the training in order to speed endurance reserves,a key section of speed endurance training volume accumulation of lactic acid,a key section of speed endurance training exercise duration on the body recovery,speed endurance training key rhythm section and 400m transformation of the relationship between the training aspects demonstrate the key section of 400m speed endurance training in the theoretical basis,and pointed out that the key period of training speed endurance training and the other from the section of the implementation and coordination of training.
