一种新型的基于全参考的视频质量评价方法

摘要 结合视频质量受到的多方面因素的影响,提出了一种新型的基于全参考和客户感知的视频质量评价方法。该方法分析了影响视频质量的峰值信噪比(PSNR)、时延、跳帧、帧重复、模糊度和块效应等关键参数,并且结合了人眼的视觉特性。实验结果表明该方法与主观视频质量评价结果相一致。 Since that the video quality is easily affected by many factors,we propose a novel video quality assessment method based on full-reference and customer perception.This method analyzes the key parameters that influence the video quality,including peak-signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR),time delay,frame skip,frame repeat,blur,block,etc.The human vision feature is also considered.Results of this method are shown to be consistent with those of the subjective video quality assessment.
