摘要
对装药生产线高氯酸铵(AP)处理工艺进行研究。采用与现有工艺不同的射流式真空(负压)输送AP方式,经输送距离(垂直距离4.5 m,水平距离1 m)的试验测定,AP1粒度d43变小约3μm。推进剂装药试验结果显示,球形AP d43变化10μm,推进剂燃速变化约0.1 mm/s。针对AP用量多,耗费人力大,提出了AP处理的优化组合新工艺,为解决AP输送难题探索出了可行的方法。
The treating process of ammonium perchlorate(AP) in charge production line was studied.The particle size d43 of AP1 was diminished by 3μm or so through measure by experiments of feeding distance(vertical distance of 4.5 m,horizontal distance of 1 m),using jetting vacuum(negative pressure) feeding AP process rather than existing process.The results of propellant charge experiments show that the burning rate of propellant changes about 0.1 mm/s as the spherical AP d43 changes 10 μm.The new optimum combination process for AP treatment is put forward aiming to the problems of large consumption of AP applied amounts and labor power.The feasible method for solving the difficult problem of AP feeding was explored.
