摘要
室温条件下,叶面喷施5种不同生长调节剂研究其对五味子成花和产量的影响。结果表明:油菜素中低浓度处理均显著提高五味子总花数、雌花数和单株产量,以质量浓度为0.4 mg/L为最佳,总花数、雌花数及单株产量分别较对照提高了71.40%1、33.88%和79.01%,差异极显著;多效唑能显著提高五味子总花数,3个浓度处理均高于对照50%以上,差异显著。低浓度处理可促进雌花分化,提高雌花数和单株产量,而中、高浓度处理则抑制雌花的分化。
By foliar spraying at room temperature, the effects of five different growth regulators on flowering and yield of Schisandra chinensiswere studied. The centration of Brassinosteroids can significantly increase results show that: The middle and the low contotal flower number, female flower number and yield. The low concentration (100 times liquid) is the best, and its total flower number, female flower number and yield increase by 71.40%, 133.88% and 79.01% respectively than ck. Paclobutrazol can significantly enhance the total flower number of Schisandra chinensis, all its three concentration treatments are more than 50 % higher than ck and the difference is significant. The low concentration can promote female differentiation, but the middle and high concentration inhibits female differentiation.
