摘要
试验研究了梅花鹿鹿花盘蛋白、鹿花盘胶、鹿花盘霜对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果表明:鹿花盘胶和鹿花盘霜组均显著延长了小鼠游泳时间,鹿花盘蛋白组极显著地延长了游泳时间;3组均能显著降低血尿素氮含量并且极显著增加肝糖原含量;鹿花盘霜和鹿花盘蛋白组能显著增强乳酸脱氢酶活力;鹿花盘胶和鹿花盘蛋白对血乳酸含量有显著影响。梅花鹿鹿花盘具有较好的抗疲劳功能,其效果以鹿花盘蛋白为最佳。
The anti-fatigue effects of antler base protein, antler base frost and antler base glue on mice were studied. The results show that the group of antler base glue and frost plays a significant role in prolonging mouse swimming, antler base protein group more significantly prolongs swimming; Three groups can all reduce the content of blood urea nitrogen and more significantly increase the content of liver hep- atin; The group of protein and frost can enhance the activity of lactic dehydrogenase. In addition, the group of antler base glue and protein can reduce the content of blood lactic acid. Antler base is good at anti-fatigue, and the effect of antler base protein is the best.
