摘要
从东北野生龙葵成熟果中提出一种色泽鲜艳、香味纯正浓厚、性质稳定、溶解性好、用途广泛的龙葵浓缩果汁。并对其营养成份进行了检测 ,北方野生龙葵浓缩果汁含有VA 、VC 、17种氨基酸 ,其颜色随pH变化而变化 。
