摘要
为实现集装箱船系固方案的计算机自动编制,运用力学原理,证明了特定条件下桥锁受力与集装箱堆顶端形变呈线性关系.提出了一堆或相邻若干堆集装箱组合柔度和等效受力概念,证明并提供了不同系固模式下一堆或相邻若干堆集装箱组合柔度和等效受力的计算公式;在此基础上给出了海船舱面相邻堆集装箱顶层之间采用桥锁连接时的受力计算方法和计算实例.这一研究结果解决了舱面大型和超大型集装箱船舱面集装箱堆在包括桥锁在内的各种系固模式下系固有效性的校核问题.
In order to ensure that the securing arrangements were automatically worked out by computer,based on a principle of mechanics,the force acting on a bridge fitting on top of a container stack in given conditions was proven to be linear with some distortion.The new terms which combined the flexibility and equivalent force of a stack and adjoining stacks which were under different securing arrangements were defined,and the way for calculating the both was also given.A calculating procedure and an example of a force acting on bridge fittings between container stacks on deck were provided.The result solves the efficiency assessment problem of different securing arrangements(including the bridge fittings used) on deck for large or super large containerships.
