介绍了盾构掘进自动导向系统的发展过程,提出研制国产化盾构掘进自动导向系统的依据,分析了系统的基本组成、基本原理、软件计算法和可靠性设计特点,通过推广应用,证明该系统具有高可靠性和高稳定性,达到国际同类产品的技术性能。
The paper introduces the current development of the automatic guiding system of shield machine,and the basis conditions for developing the shield machine guiding system domestically.And then,it expatiates the domestic-made shield machine automatic guiding system from the aspects of the system components,basic principles,software algorithm and reliability design.The system's application proves its high reliability and stability,which has had the technical performance of similar products in global market.
