摘要
地铁隧道断面变形检测是隧道健康监测的重要内容,对保证隧道结构安全极为重要。本文针对隧道断面变形检测设备采集数据的处理及计算方法进行研究。根据隧道断面变形机理,建立隧道检测模型为带转角的椭圆;针对隧道表面干扰物对拟合椭圆的影响提出通过数据粗处理和精处理来剔除异常点,并设计了数据处理流程和具体计算方法;在上海地铁隧道内进行了实验。结果表明隧道断面变形确有椭圆化的趋势,采用带转角的椭圆模型来评定地铁隧道断面变形是正确可行的。
The measuring of metro tunnel deformation,as an important part of tunnel structure health monitoring,is crucial to ensure the tunnel structure safety.This paper focuses on the processing and calculation of data collected from the measuring equipment of tunnel deformation.At first,a tunnel measuring model is established,which is an ellipse with rotation angles according to tunnel deformation mechanism;Then,data processing procedure including data selection according to influencing factors,and calculation method are designed.Finally,the site test in Shanghai metro tunnel proves that the tunnel has the trend to deform into ellipse.So it is reasonable and feasible to use the model of an ellipse with rotation angles to assess the tunnel deformation.And the data processing and calculation method are also effective to cancel some interfering influence.
