摘要 针对凝汽器污垢热阻的传统测量方法——温差测量法和压力降法存在不足的问题,提出凝汽器污垢的软测量方法,即应用计算机技术对凝汽器污垢中不容易测量的重要变量(或称之为主导变量),选择另外一些容易测量的变量(或称之为辅助变量),通过某种数学关系来推断和估计,以软件来代替硬件(传感器)功能,实现凝汽器污垢的在线监测。凝汽器污垢软测量方法准确、在线,不会对凝汽器污垢监测产生滞后问题。 Aiming at disadvantages of conventional thermal resistance measurement methods,namely temperature measure-ment and pressure drop,the paper presents a soft method of condenser dirt measurement:to deduce or evaluate key variables(or called primary variables) that are difficult being measured or other easily measured variables(or called instrumental variables) by the aid of computer technology and replace hardware(sensor) functions with software so as to implement the on-line monitoring of condenser dirt.The soft measurement method of condenser dirt is characterized by accuracy and on-line and there will be no posterity in condenser dirt monitoring.
