摘要
介绍了惠州液化天然气((liquefied natural gas,LNG)电厂电压无功优化自动控制(automatic voltagecontrol,AVC)系统的工作原理与应用功能,对惠州LNG电厂AVC子站系统试验与投运所碰到的问题进行分析并提出相应的解决方法。试验证明:AVC子站系统能够在线准确接收广东电网调度控制中心下发的220kV母线电压指令,能自动对发电机无功出力或高压侧母线电压进行实时跟踪调控,并合理分配机组无功功率,将系统电压和无功功率储备保持在较高的水平,电网安全性和机组运行的稳定性大大提高。
The paper elaborates on operating principle and application functions of automatic voltage control(AVC) in Huizhou liquefied natural gas(LNG) power plant,it analyzes problems in test and commissioning of AVC substation system in Huizhou LNG power plant and proposes relevant solutions.The test shows that AVC substation system can accurately receive on-line instructions of 220 kV bus voltage from Guangdong power grid dispatching and communications center and automatically trace and regulate reactive output of generators or high-voltage side bus voltage in a real-time manner.Furthermore,AVC substation system can reasonably distribute reactive power of units and keep the system voltage and reactive power reserve higher,drastically promoting power gird safety and stability of unit operation.
