某电厂2100t/h锅炉掺烧印尼煤试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析某电厂燃烧印尼煤对机组运行参数的影响,进行了掺烧印尼煤试验研究,方法为:通过看火孔,用红外高温仪对炉膛不同标高处的火焰温度进行测量;取磨煤机出口的煤粉样进行煤粉细度分析;对空气预热器出口氧量和NOx排放浓度进行测量;对空气预热器出口烟道飞灰进行取样分析并对其烟气温度进行测量等。得出结论:在C、E磨煤机烧印尼煤、其他磨煤机烧神华煤时,机组可满负荷运行,锅炉主蒸汽压力和主蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽压力和温度、主蒸汽流量均能控制在正常范围内;磨煤机出力可达到正常出力要求,煤粉细度没有明显变化,但锅炉炉膛出口温度有少许升高;NOx排放浓度没有异常的变化;锅炉热效率下降0.55个百分点。 Test of blended Indonesian coal is studied in order to analyze its impact on operating parameters of units.The method is as follows:to measure the flame temperature at different elevations of the furnace with infrared high temperature thermometer through the peephole;to analyze coal fineness of pulverized coal at pulverizer outlet;to measure oxygen content at outlet of air preheater and omission concentration of NOx;to set sample and analyze dust at outlet of air preheater and measure the gas temperature and etc.It is concluded that when Indonesian coal burns in pulverizers C and E and Shenhua coal in other pulverizers,the unit can operate with full load and the main steam pressure,main steam temperature,reheated stream pressure and temperature and main steam flow are controlled in normal limit;the output of pulverizers is as required and there is no apparent changes in coal fineness,but the output temperature of furnace rises somewhat;there is no abnormal changes in omission concentration of NOx;thermal efficiency of boilers drops by 0.55 percentage point.
