摘要
分析了煤气流分布对高炉冶炼的影响,针对唐钢3号高炉(有效容积3 200m3)煤气分布特点,从装料制度、送风制度、炉缸状况、原燃料等方面进行调整后高炉煤气流得到了很好的控制,分布稳定合理,高炉各项指标均有提高,并且能稳定地保持在较好水平。
It is analyzed the influence of gas flow distribution on smelting in blast furnce.To the gas distribution feature of No.3 blast furnace(effective volume being 3 200 m3)of Tang Steel,its charging system,blowing system,hearth condition,raw and fuel material are adjusted,and then its gas flow gets fine controlled,distribution being stabilized and reasonable,all indexes of furnace better.
