摘要
针对唐钢底吹氩钢水成分控制精准度差及透气效果不佳的现状,通过安装智能气体流量控制仪实现了氩气流量精确控制,通过提高透气砖质量并加强钢包周转管理,透气率明显升高。经过底吹氩工艺优化,使钢水成分和温度更加均匀,降低了钢中的夹杂物,提高了钢的质量。
To change the situation of argon bottom-blown liquid steel: bad precision of component control and permeability being not so good,intelligent gas flow gauge is installed and argon flow gets precisely controlled,permeability gets obviously improved with quality of porous bricks improved and ladle circulating management strengthened.With optimization of argon bottom-blown process the component and temperature of molten steel are more homogeneous,inclusion in steel reduced,quality of steel improved.
