摘要
为探讨水稻幼穗分化期间源的大小对库的分化发育和光合生产及运输的影响,对供试的4个水稻品种在幼穗分化不同时期进行剪叶处理,通过测定光合速率(Pn)、净同化率(NAR)、源器官非结构碳水化合物含量及其在可运转态和不可运转态间的分配,以及有关源、库、流活性的部分生理生化指标,并采用同位素示踪技术等,考察了源库互作关系,干物质生产和体内物质分配的变化,源、库、流活性变化动态和产量性状.结果表明,改变库源比例后,库源比高者,源叶Pn和NAR高,同化物向库的输送比例上升,库和流的活性增强,说明在水稻高产栽培中适当提高库源比(粒叶),有利于挖掘品种的生产潜力.
This study was aimed at the effects of leaf cutting treatments on source sink relation of rice,photosynthesis and transport during panicle initiation. Experiments including leaf cutting,measuring photosynthesis rate,net assimilate rate,non structural carbohyddrate contents and its partitioning between transportable and non transportable froms in source organs,some physiological and biochemical indexes of source,sink and transport organs were conducted during different stages of panicle initiation in 4 rice varieties. By using isotope tracing technique,the interaction between source and sink,the production of dry matter,the changes of matter distribution in plant,the change trends of source,sink and transport organs,and output trait were also observed. The results showed that,when sink/source ratio had been changed,those whose sink/source ratio were higher,its Pn and NAR were also higher,the transport ratio of photo assimilate to sink organs rose,the activities of source and sink increased. From this,it can be seen that to raise sink/source ratio properly will help to fulfill the potential of output of rice varieties.
