The ideological and political work of agricultural research institutes has a long way to go.In this paper,analysis on the agricultural research institutions,in the ideological and political work of the ＂old＂,＂big＂,＂difficult＂ issues.Discusses on how to focus around the actuality of agricultural research institutions,and then do the ideological and political work well.
