搭载激光接收器的轨道检测小车机架模态分析及结构改进

摘要 用小车搭载激光接收器进行起重机轨道检测时,小车必须要有较好的稳定性,尽量降低小车对激光接收器的影响。使用Pro/Engineer建立起重机轨道检测小车的模型,并使用Pro/Mechanica进行模态分析,求出其固有频率和振型,评估后进行结构改进。改进后的小车机架固有频率有了较大提高,减少了振动造成的影响,为激光接收器提供了一个较好的工作平台。 In order to use trolley carrying laser receiver for crane track detection, the trolley must have good stability. The influence from trolley must be reduced. The 3D model of crane's track inspection trolley was established with Pro/Engineer. The modal analysis of its chassis was done by Pro/Mechanica. Its natural frequency and vibration mode was seek out for structure improvement. Then, the natural frequency has been significantly improved. Vibration effects have been reduced. This trolley provides a good platform for laser receiver,
