摘要
针对生活习惯病与生活习惯和饮食有着密切关系这一问题,详细介绍了膳食与生活习惯病的关系、人体健康同肠道菌群的关系及增加人体肠道有益菌的方法,认为除了积极锻炼身体、保持良好的生活习惯和心态外,积极摄食整肠类功能性食品是补充肠道有益菌的有效办法之一;第二种方法是食用益生元,主要是功能性低聚糖。
The habit-forming diseases are closely related with people's living habits and daily diets.This article gives a detailed description of the relation between diet and habit-forming disease,the correlation between human health and intestinal bacteria,and the method of increasing the number of human intestinal bacteria.It points out that exercises and good living habits and balanced mentality are of vital significance to human health.Besides,the consumption of functional bacillus licheniformis food and probiotic food,mainly functional oligosaccharide can boost the growth of effective microbial flora in intestinal.
