摘要
以东湖早、槠叶齐、福鼎大白3个品种为材料,以自由基衰老学说为理论依据,对茶树越冬叶片在春梢生长期间的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量等生理指标进行了测定,旨在探讨越冬叶在春梢生育期间生理机能的变化.试验结果表明:随着新梢的生长,越冬叶片的SOD,CAT,POD活性下降,叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量降低,越冬叶片已明显衰老.因此,茶树在春季应留蓄新叶,以保证夏茶高产.
To explore changes of physiological functions of overwintering leaves during the growth process of spring shoots and to discuss the leaf reserving in spring,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD) and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar in the overwintering leaves were determined with three kinds of varieties (Donghuzao Zhuyeqi and Fudingdabai). The experimental results showed that activities of SOD,CAT and POD,contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and soluble sugar in the overwintering leaves decreased with the growth of spring shoots;the overwintering leaves had been in a striking senescence phase.So it is necessary to reserve some spring leaves,which guarantees the high output of tea in summer.
