摘要 为使中小型酱醋酿造企业可持续健康发展,分析和探讨了我国中小酿造企业在市场、产品生产和产品营销等方面的现状与存在的问题,提出了从管理者做起,转变观念,提高素质;加强企业内部管理,以质量取胜;创新技术,以新品立足市场;加强营销渠道建设,创立品牌与特色,以服务取胜等生存对策,认为改革创新是中小酱醋酿造企业持续健康发展的必由之路。 This paper analyzes the present condition and existing problems in marketing and production of the medium and small-sized brewing enterprises.For the sustainable development,the managers should improve their own qualification and change their minds.The enterprise's inner management should be strengthened for better quality.Innovation should be implemented to develop new products.New marketing should be widened to establish brands.The enterprise should survive by superior service.Therefore,reform and innovation are quite necessary for the sustainable development for the medium and small-sized brewing enterprise.
