诱抗剂田间防治稻瘟病效果试验

Control Effects of Disease Resistant Pharmaceuticals on Pyricularia oryzae in Fields

为检验诱抗剂防治水稻稻瘟病的效果,1996～1999年在湖南省攸县和龙山县进行了小区试验和示范试验.用诱抗剂在稻瘟病发病初期和孕穗末期拌细砂土撒施,对叶瘟和穗瘟都有显著的防治效果.1996～1997年龙山县试点的小区试验结果,施用诱抗剂15kghm2,对叶瘟和穗瘟的平均防效分别为94.3%和92.2%,略高于稻友30kghm2的平均防效93.7%和91.6%,并显著高于20%三环唑1000倍液的平均防效86.0%.1997～1999年攸县试点的小区试验结果,施用诱抗剂15kghm2,对叶瘟和穗瘟的平均防效为75.9%和75.2%,施稻友30kghm2的防效分别为78.6%和78.3%,而20%三环唑1000倍液的防效分别只有69.1%和64.4%.1997和1999年两试点的示范试验结果表明,施诱抗剂15kghm2对叶瘟和穗瘟的平均防效分别为899%和844%,均高于20%三环唑1000倍液的防效.

Plot experiments and demonstration experiments for testing control effects of disease resistant pharmaceuticals on Pyricularia oryzae were conducted at Longshan County and You County from 1996 to 1999. Broadcasting disease resistant pharmaceuticals with sand soil in primary disease development stage of rice blast and inthe last booting stage had significant control effects on leaf blast and head blast. The results of plot experiments at the Longshan County from 1996 to 1997 were that the average control effects of disease resistant pharmaceuticals wit h 15 kg/hm 2 on leaf blast and head blast were 94.3% and 92.2% respectively,both of which were a litter higher than that of oryzemeto with 30 kg/hm 2 (93.7%,91.6% respectively) and significantly higher than that of 20% tricyclazole 1 000 times (86%). The results of the plot experiments at You County from 1997 to 1999 were that the average control effects of disease resistant pharmaceuticals with 15 kg/hm 2 on leaf blast and head blast were 75 9% and 75 2%;and that of oryzemeto with 30 kg/hm 2 was 78 6% and 78 3%;while that of 20% tricylazole 1 000 times was 69 1% and 64 4%. The results of the demonstration experiments in 1997 and 1999 were that the average control effects of disease resistant pharmaceuticals with 15 kg/hm 2 on leaf blast and head blast were 89 9% and 84 4% respectively,both of which were higher than that of 20% tricylazole 1 000 times.
