丹红注射液对脑梗死患者白细胞介素-1、6及肿瘤坏死因子α的影响 被引量：35

摘要 目的探讨丹红注射液对急性脑梗死治疗的药理机制。方法急性脑梗死病人15例,给予0.9%生理盐水250 ml加丹红注射液40 ml每日1次静点,且在入院时及药物治疗后2 w分别检测血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的抗体水平。结果丹红注射液治疗前、后检测IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α血清含量变化显著(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液从抗炎症反应的角度,对急性脑梗死的治疗起重要作用。
