力竭性跑台运动对大鼠滑膜组织MMP-3及IL-1β表达的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨力竭性跑台运动对大鼠滑膜组织基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)表达的影响。方法将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为安静对照组和力竭性运动组,每组15只。力竭性运动组进行6 w力竭性跑台运动后,取两组大鼠膝关节滑膜组织,HE染色观察其组织变化,应用免疫组化法检测MMP-3及IL-1β在各组大鼠滑膜组织中的表达。结果力竭性运动组大鼠滑膜组织中MMP-3及IL-1β的表达明显高于安静对照组大鼠(P<0.05)。结论力竭性跑步运动能够增加滑膜组织MMP-3及IL-1β的表达,这种异常表达可能造成关节软骨的损伤,并增加发生骨性关节炎的危险性。
