摘要
为提高锤片式粉碎机的生产率和降低电耗,设计了一种新型筛片——波纹型筛片,并进行了二次回归正交旋转试验.结果表明,最佳参数组合为锤片末端速度v=57ms,锤筛间隙δ=7.0mm,筛片波纹角度α=130°,波纹宽度b=30mm.此时,生产率最高,电耗最低.
To raise productivity and reduce power consumption of hammer grinder,a new wave sieve was designed and an experiment of puadractic orthogen ratation was conducted.The results showed that the optimum parameters of the grinder were:hammer tip linear velocity,v=57 m/s;hammer sieve clearance, δ= 7.0 mm;sieve wave angle, α=130°; wave width, b= 30 mm.
