摘要
随着信息机构信息服务的多元化发展以及水平不断进步,信息服务质量评价日益受到关注。本文引入SERVQUAL评价法,首先分析该方法用于信息服务质量评价的可行性,以此为基础初步构建了信息服务质量评价指标体系,为信息机构对服务质量的有效评价提供了新的研究视角,以更好地推动信息服务工作,充分发挥各种信息资源的价值,以满足社会公众日益增长的信息需求。
With the development of information service,the service quality have been paid more and more attention.In this paper,the SERVQUAL method will be introduced to evaluate the quality of information service.Based on the analyzing of the feasibility of applying SERVQUAL method in information service quality evaluation,an evaluation index system for evaluating will be constructed.It aims at providing a new perspective for further research in this field,promoting the improvement of information service,and making full use of information resources,and meeting the society's information needs.
