摘要
针对传统模具设计和当前实验课程的设备台套数、场地等的不足,在研究Cult3D构建交互式三维虚拟场景的过程、方法和相关技术的基础上,以塑料注塑模具为例,利用Cult3D及其它相关软件工具,构建了一个基于网络的模具虚拟实验系统,将模具的结构、工作原理、装配关系等抽象的理论具体化,具有三维、动态性、交互、基于低带宽网络传输等特性,克服了传统实验的不足,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
In view of the discomforts of traditional mold design and the lack of experiment equipment and place,on the basis of studying the process,method and related technology of constructing 3D interactive virtual scene with Cult3D,taking the plastic injection mold example,a mold virtual disassembly and assembly experiment system based on Web is constructed with Cult3D and other related soft tools.The system makes the abstract theory concrete such as the structure,working principle and the assembly relationship of mould concretization,and has a lot of characters such as three-dimension,dynamic,interactive and transmission based on low-bandwidth and so on,overcomes the discomfort of traditional experiment, and has got good effect in practical applications.
