腹内侧前额叶注射β淀粉样多肽对大鼠自发活动的影响

摘要 目的检测腹内侧前额叶微注射β淀粉样多肽对大鼠自发活动的影响。方法双侧腹内侧前额叶边缘下皮层区(IL区)微量注射Aβ1-42作为Aβ组,微注射溶媒为溶媒组,27天后进行自发活动检测,腹内侧前额叶进行石蜡切片HE染色。结果虽然HE染色显示Aβ组IL区细胞受损或完全消失,但Aβ组和溶媒组在大鼠自发活动的总路程、总时间、中间区域活动路程和中间区域活动时间等方面比较,差异均无显著性。结论腹内侧前额叶边缘下皮层区微注射β淀粉样多肽不影响大鼠本身的自发活动。 Objective To assess the effects of the injection of β-amyloid into ventronl medial prefrontal cortex on locomotor activity in rats. Methods Aβ1-42 was injected into infralimibic cortex of ventronl medial prefrontal cortex in Aβgroup, and 6 μg vehicle was also injected into the identical cortex in contronl cortex. The locomotor activity was examined 27days after the administration. The sections were stained with haematoxylin-eosin (HE). Results Compared with vehicle group, though HE-staining showed neuronal loss around the injection site,the A^group had no effect on the locomotor activity. Conclusion The injection of β-amyloid into ventronl medial prefrontal cortex had no effect on locomotor activity in rats.
