青光眼小梁切除术后早期并发症分析

The Analysis of the postoperative complications in the early stage after trabeculectomy for glaucoma

目的:探讨青光眼小梁切除术后早期出现的并发症及应对措施。方法:对青光眼86例(102眼)实行小梁切除术,观察术后早期出现的并发症,找出原因,并采取恰当治疗方法。结果:浅前房35眼,前房积血3眼,恶性青光眼2例4眼,采取相应措施均消除浅前房、前房积血、恶性青光眼等症状。结论:青光眼小梁切除术后并发症以浅前房常见,采取恰当治疗方法可避免严重后果。

Objective：To investigate the complications in the early stage after trabeculectomy for glaucoma and their responses.Method：Trabeculectomy for 86 cases of glaucoma（102 eyes） had been carried on,the postoperative complications in the early stage were observed and analyzed,and the remediation was taken correspondingly.Result：Shallow anterior chambers were found in 35 eyes,hyphema occurred in 3 eyes,and serious glaucoma appeared in 2 eyes;appropriate measure was taken to eliminate these symptom.Conclusion：Shallow anterior chamber is the major postoperative complication in the early stag after trabeculectomy for glaucoma and the appropriate remediation could avoid serious sequel.
