结膜新月形切除加巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症36例临床观察

Conjunctival crescent resection with scleral fixation of conjunctival relaxation disease treatment 36 cases of clinical observation

目的:观察新月形切除结膜加巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症的临床疗效。方法:对36例球结膜松弛(Ⅲ级或Ⅳ级)患者行结膜新月形切除加巩膜固定术,术后随访观察6个月。结果:术后随访观察6个月,34例溢泪、异物干涩感等症状改善,有效率94.44%;33例裂隙灯检查结膜松弛完全消失,有效率91.67%。结论:结膜新月形切除加巩膜固定术是治疗结膜松驰症的有效治疗方法。

Objective：To observe crescent resection with scleral fixation treatment of conjunctival the clinical curative effect of conjunctival relaxation disorder.Methods：36 cases conjunctival relaxation（Ⅲlevel and Ⅳlevel） patients were done conjunctival crescent resection with scleral fixation,postoperative follow-up 6 months.Results：Postoperatively,the follow-up of 6 months,34 cases were overflowing tears,improvement of symptoms such as feeling eyewinker dry,efficient 94.44%;33 cases slit lamp ect conjunctiva 91.67% flabby disappear completely,efficient.Conclusion：Conjunctival crescent resection with scleral fixation of conjunctival relaxation disorder treatment is effective treatment methods.
