摘要
本文以系统科学的一般理论原则为出发点、依据都江堰工程的历史经验与实测资料,对其渠首工程作了系统分析,揭示其'经久不衰'的科学原因,为从中引出全灌区集中调度的数学模型制定优化决策模式的基本思路与算法打下基础。文中的第三部分论证了渠首工程本身的数学模型,提出了进一步开拓这一工程的几点建议。全文分上中下三篇,构成一个统一整体。这里是它的第一部分。
This paper is the ftrst part of the 'System Analysis of the Dujiangyan Headwork Engineering. Based on the general principles of system science, his- torical experiences and practical data of the Dujiangyan engineering, this paper tries to reveal the scientific principle of the implied 'immortality' of this historical project, and to lay a sound foundation for the basic ideas and calculations for the establishment of the mathematical models of the whole watering rigions and the models for the optimal decision. Part Ⅲ of the paper gives out the argument of the mathematical model of the headwork itself and puts forward some suggestions for the further improvement of the project. Parts Ⅱ and Ⅲ will be issued respectively at the same time in Theory and Practice of System Engineering and System Engineering, No. 3, 1990.
