阿昔洛韦联合强的松治疗带状疱疹68例临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of 68 shingles examples treatment with acyclovir unites prednisone

目的观察阿昔洛韦联合强的松治疗带状疱疹的效果以及带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率。方法观察组68例,给予静脉用阿昔洛韦针5 mg/kg,q8h,口服强的松片10 mg,bid。对照组62例给予静脉用阿昔洛韦针5 mg/kg,q8h。两组患者均据病情给予其他对症治疗。评价疗效并于出院后追踪患者疱疹后神经痛的情况。结果观察组的止痛时间、止疱时间及结痂时间均较对照组缩短,总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率上有显著差异。结论强的松联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹能提高疗效,明显减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生。

Objective To study the curative effect of acyclovir unites prednisone treat shingles as well as the incidence rate of shingles residual neuralgia.Methods Observation of 68 patients received intravenous acyclovir needle 5 mg/kg,q8h,oral prednisone tablets 10mg bid.Control group,62 patients given intravenous acyclovir needle 5 mg/kg,q8h.All patients,according to the disease to other symptomatic treatment.Evaluate the efficacy and follow patients after discharge the case of postherpetic neuralgia.Results Observation group’s acesodyne time,pimple vanish time and escharosis time were all shorter than the control group,the total effectiveness difference comparison had statistics significance（P 0.05）.Two groups’shingles residual neuralgia incidence were remarkable difference.Conclusion Acyclovir unites prednisone to treat the shingles are able to enhance the curative effect,reduce shingles residual neuralgia occurrence obviously.
