磷物质在外周神经再生时的作用

摘要 自二十世纪八十年代始,在研究脊神经外周支损伤时发现胞体中CAMP水平升高,RhoA则因磷酸化而失活后失去对神经再生的抑制。已发现髓磷脂能抑制脊神经轴突的生长,并证明其三个亚型的受体存在。神经生长因子也需通过磷酸化后才促使脊神经外周支的再生。部分磷酸酶也影响脊神经外周支的细胞骨架排列,从而对神经生长产生影响。总之,含磷的多种物质在外周神经再生中起到了重要作用,本研究对部分含磷物质的这种作用进行了归纳,以供大家参考。
