摘要
采用超临界CO2流体法提取苦参中的氧化苦参碱,以0.1mL/L氨水作碱化剂,在45℃、压力42MPa的条件下萃取2h,并用高效液相色谱法对萃取液中的氧化苦参碱进行定量分析,结果表明该方法可靠,精密度高,同时也为其他生物碱利用超临界CO2流体萃取法的萃取及定量建立了一种快速、简便、有效的方法。
Extract oxymatrine from Alkaloids Sophora Flavescen by fluid extraction CO2 beyond limit method with 0.1mL/L ammonia as alkalis at 45℃ under the condition of pressure 42MPa for two hours.Carry on quantitative analysis for oxymatrine alkalis in extracting liquid by efficiently liquid chromatography.Result showed the method is credible and sophistication is high,also making use of fluid extraction CO2 beyond limit method to extract for the other alkaloids and fixed amount built up a kind of fast,simple and effective method.
