LD低重复频率脉冲泵浦源的研制

摘要 介绍了一种基于计算机与单片机联合控制的光泵浦脉冲产生系统,该系统主要工作于低频率长周期种子光源的放大驱动。系统采用半导体激光器发出的光脉冲作为光放大器的泵浦光源,能通过计算机或手动调整半导体激光器泵浦的输出功率、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔,并同步/延时触发种子光源,可用于中、大功率光放大器的应用研究。与现有采用纯定时电路的光放大驱动系统相比,该系统具有可计算机远程控制、可数字化控制、可与外电路同步、电路简单稳定、体积小等优点,已稳定使用一年多。 An optical pulse pump system controlled by computer and microcontroller is introduced. This system mainly works as power amplifier for low frequency seed light. The light of LD (Laser Diode) is used as the power supply of optical amplifier in this system. The power, pulse width, and period of this pump can be set manually or be set by remote computer automatically. It can trigger seed light in synchronous way or delayed way. So it can be used in high power optical amplifier research. It has many advantages comparing with other systems controlled by timing circuit, because it can be digitally controlled by remote computer and can trigger other circuit synchronously. What's more, its circuit is simple, small and stable. It has worked well for more than one year.
