关于土工试验质量问题的思考

On consideration for quality problems of soil tests

针对目前土工试验室存在的管理水平不足,试验人员业务能力不足,试验收费标准低下,试验步骤不规范等问题进行了分析和探讨,并从质量管理体系、土样采用、仪器设备、检测人员素质四个方面入手,提出了相应措施,以指导实践。

The paper analyzes and explores the insufficient management of current labs,the unqualified experimental personnel,low experimental charge standards,and the irregular experiment steps,and points out the respective measures from the quality management system,the adoption of soil samples,the apparatus,and quality of inspection personnel,so as to direct the practice.
