摘要
通过对某商用及住宅建筑进行调查与鉴定,从施工过程、原材料及配合比三方面分析了该工程裂缝产生的原因,结合鉴定结论,根据相关规范规定,提出了相应的处理方案及承重梁加固措施,经实践取得了良好效果,对今后同类工程具有指导意义。
The paper investigates and identifies the commercial and residential building,analyzes the reasons for the cracks in the project from the construction process,the raw materials,and the mix proportion,points out the respective treatment schemes and the consolidation measures for the bearing beams by combining with the identification conclusion according to the relative regulation,and achieves better effect,so as to have the direction for similar projects in future.
