摘要
结合目前建筑市场实际情况,探讨了JCT合同模式的合同管理和造价控制职能,分别介绍了业主、承包商、分包商、建筑师等相关单位的责任,着重阐述了JCT模式下施工前和施工中两阶段的投资控制措施,以期指导实践。
Combining with the fact in the current architectural market,the paper explores the contract management and costs control of the functions of JCT contract mode,introduces the responsibilities of the relative departments,such as the owners,the contractor,the subcontractor,and the architects,and illustrates the investment control measures before and in the construction under the JCT mode,so as to direct the practice.
