摘要
Testing is a means of enabling quality of teachers' teaching and acquisition of students' language learning. Considering the problems existing in the current English education and testing system, teachers should try to improve the validity and reliability of English language testing,which should cover 5 skills: the competence of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation.
