本文较详细地介绍了面向对象技术的基本概念和这项技术的主要特征:信息隐蔽、数据抽象、性质继承和方法确定。并阐述了与面向对象技术相适应的数据结构和面向对象的语言,最后分析了面向对象技术迅速发展的原因。
Object-oriented technology is a kind of information processing technique based on a novel design philosophy and with a new computation style incorperated. The paper elaborates the fundamental concepts of this technology and its major features: information hiding, data abstraction, inheritance and method determination. The data structure and the object-oriented language adapted to the object-oriented technology are also described. The paper concludes with reasons for the rapid development of the object-oriented technology.
