摘要
目的:探讨兔牙周炎对动脉粥样硬化炎性因子的影响及抗生素对其的作用。方法:将40只雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为5组,A组为对照组,B组为牙周炎组,C组为动脉粥样硬化组,D组为牙周炎+动脉粥样硬化组,E组为干预组(牙周炎+动脉粥样硬化+替硝唑组)。各组分别按照实验设计进行相应干预处理,14周末处死动物,检测牙周指标、血清中总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-6的含量,观察实验牙X线片及降主动脉病理改变,并进行统计学分析。结果:A,C组龈沟出血指数、探诊深度低于B,D组(P<0.01),D组高于B组(P<0.05),E组低于B,D组(P<0.05);总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平C,D组高于A,B组(P<0.01),A组与B组,D组与E组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组三酰甘油低于D组(P<0.05);B,C,D组血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平明显高于A组(P<0.01),D组高于B、C组(P<0.05),E组低于D组(P<0.05);内中膜厚度及粥样斑块/内膜面积A,B组较C,D组低(P<0.01),D,E组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎可引起与动脉粥样硬化相关的指标炎性因子水平升高,替硝唑可降低上述指标。
Objective To investigate the influence of periodontitis on inflammation factors in rabbits with atherosclerosis and the function of tinidazole.Methods Forty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,groups A(control group),B(periodontitis group),C(atherosclerosis group),D(periodontitis complicated with atherosclerosis group) and E(intervention group).Every group accepted the corresponding treatment.All the animals were sacrificed after 14 weeks.Sulcus bleeding index,probing depth,levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 were detected.Periodontitis severity was observed radiographically,and the descending aorta was surveyed histologically.The data were statistically analyzed.Results Sulcus bleeding index and probing depth in group A and C were lower than those in group B and D(P0.01),were higher in group D than those in group B(P0.05),and were lower in group E than those in group B and D(P0.05).Levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and density lipoprotein cholesterol in group C and D were significantly higher than those in group A and B(P0.01),and there were no significant differences between group A and B,and between group D and E(P0.05).The level of triacylglycerol in group C was lower than that in group D(P0.05).Serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in group B,C,D were higher than those in group A(P0.01),were higher in group D than those in group B and C(P0.05),and were lower in group E than those in group D(P0.05).The intima-media thickness and atheromatous plaque/intima area in group A and B were lower than those in group C and D(P0.01),and there were no significant differences between group D and E(P0.05).Conclusion Chronic periodontitis can elevate the levels of inflammation indexes as serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 which are involved in atherosclerosis,and tinidazole can reduce the above indexes.
