膀胱出口梗阻对膀胱逼尿肌损害的研究进展

膀胱出口梗阻(bladder outlet obstruction,BOO),是指膀胱出口至尿道外口之间任何部位出现梗阻,它对膀胱逼尿肌功能的影响包括逼尿肌不稳定(DI)、逼尿肌收缩功能受损和逼尿肌顺应性改变。BOO致膀胱逼尿肌损害的患者在临床上极为常见,但由于这种损害的具体机理还不明确,故疗效欠佳。多年来研究发现其损害机理涉及膀胱的神经支配、基因表达和转录、超微机构等的变化,机理十分复杂。

Bladder outlet obstruction （BOO） means the obstruction between bladder neck and urethal opening.Bladder dysfunction following partial outlet obstruction includes detrusor instability,detrusor muscle contraction injury and change of destrusor compliance.It is an increasingly common problem in clinic,has not good method for the clinical treatment because the mechanism is not well understood.However,evidence has been accumulated that neuronal networks injury,modifications of gene expression and protein synthesis and changes of the ultrastructure might be involved in the bladder dysfunction.
