肠系膜扭转的多层螺旋CT与X线平片征象分析

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对肠系膜扭转的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析15例经手术和临床证实肠系膜扭转患者的多层螺旋CT表现,并与X线平片征象对比分析。结果 13例肠系膜扭转CT显示"漩涡征",而X线平片11例显示气液平,1例显示正常,1例显示腹腔密度增高,未见气液平。2例肠系膜扭转CT显示"鸟嘴征",X线平片显示正常。结论诊断肠系膜扭转,多层螺旋CT检查优于X线平片。

Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of mesenteric torsion.Methods The MSCT manifestation of mesenteric torsion with surgiclally and clinically proven in 15 cases were retrospectively reviewed and compared with the signs of the plain X-ray films.Results On MSCT,the ＂whirlpool ＂ sign were noticed in 13 cases and the ＂beak ＂ sign were noticed in 2 cases,on plain X-ray films,the air-fluid level were displayed in 11 cases,the normal findings was displayed in 1 case,the elavated abdomen hign density was noticed in 1 case.Conclusion MSCT is superior than the plain X-ray film for the diagnosis of mesentric torsion,
