摘要 轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)指介于正常老化过程与早期痴呆,特别在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)的过渡性阶段,表现为轻度记忆和其他认知功能障碍[1]。MCI不是一种疾病,而是痴呆发生的危险因素,但转归不尽相同。
